ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Geneva. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day. During high-volume periods or new collection launches, please allow additional time for dispatch.

United States & Canada
- Standard shipping: $20.00 — estimated 5–10 business days
DUTIES & TAXES
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, Scales Swimskins ships on a Delivered Duty Paid basis — DDP or PDDP (Postal Delivered Duty Paid), depending on your market and carrier. All customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and per-parcel levies — including the EU's flat customs duty on imported parcels introduced in July 2026 and any further EU parcel or handling fees that may follow — are prepaid by us. Your order arrives at your door with nothing to pay on delivery.
Switzerland, Europe, the United Kingdom & Norway: all applicable local taxes, customs duties and import fees are already included in the displayed product price. The price you see is the final price.
United States & Canada: local taxes are included in the product price. Any applicable customs duties are calculated and displayed as a separate line item during checkout, so your package passes through customs without delay and without any additional out-of-pocket expenses.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking link to update.
EXCEPTIONS & INQUIRIES
