Order Processing & Dispatch All orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Geneva. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. During high-volume periods or new collection launches, please allow additional time for dispatch.
Shipping Zones, Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and total order value. Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

    • Orders under CHF 300.00: CHF 4.90 (Estimated [3-4] business days)
    • Orders CHF 300.00 and above: Complimentary
  • Europe (EU Zone) 
    • Courier: Standard Shipping (Prefered partner : Fedex Priority)
    • Orders under CHF 300.00: CHF 20.00 (Estimated 5-7] business days)
    • Orders CHF 300.00 and above: Complimentary
  • International (United States & Canada) 
    • Courier: Standard Shipping (Prefered partner : Fedex Priority)
    • Flat Rate: $20.00 (Estimated [5-7] business days)
Duties & Taxes To ensure a seamless global shopping experience, Scales SwimSkins operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for our primary markets. This guarantees that your order will arrive at your door with absolutely no hidden fees or unexpected courier charges upon delivery.
  • Switzerland, Europe (EU Zone), United Kingdom, & Norway: All applicable local taxes and customs duties are already included in the displayed product price. The price you see is the final price.
  • United States & Canada: Local taxes are included in the product price. Any applicable customs duties are calculated dynamically and displayed as a separate line item during checkout. By collecting these at the time of purchase, we ensure your package passes through customs without delay and whitout any additional out-of-pocket expenses.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking link to update.
